Key Points About the Training Schedule
COMPETITIVE ATHLETES: Any times listed in RED are designated for Competitive Athletes only. These workouts are for middle school, high school, and collegiate athletes specifically training to increase their level of sports performance.
EXECUTIVE ATHLETES (adults): Any times listed in BLUE are designated for Executive Athletes only. These sessions are for adults looking to train their bodies and minds beyond mainstream fitness.
OPEN WORKOUTS: Sessions designated in YELLOW are open workouts. These sessions are open to both competitive and executive athletes who need to make up a session they missed, or to use as part of their normal routine due to a conflict in their personal schedule. Coaches will be coaching and supervising but it’s the athlete’s responsibility to take ownership of their workout by coming in one time and getting their warm-up started. Athletes have the freedom to hit the board or folder when they’re ready.
