Patricia Corbin

Performance Coach

Some people in your business can't be replicated or replaced, and for FOCUS that's Patricia. After six years of training and experiencing our Player Development Programs first hand Patricia executes her coaching based on FOCUS principles.

You'll see Patricia training athletes in-house or on location when we work with larger teams. She is also quite the worldly traveler taking adventurous trips around the globe!

Andrea Santella, RD, LDN

Nutrition PLUS Registered Dietitian

Andrea is the go-to Registered Dietitian for all our FOCUS athletes and is responsible for the Nutrition PLUS program. Athletes work with her on a one-on-one level through detailed nutritional logs, decision making, and lifestyle change. She provides detailed plans and for weight gain and weight management.

Andrea is also currently a Clinical Outpatient Dietitian for UPMC Cancer centers. She pioneered a completely new position where she travels to nine different cancer centers providing nutritional support and interdisciplinary care to oncology patients.

Some of her duties include counseling patients and their families on symptom management, optimal diets, nutrition supplementation, and long term survivorship issues.


Aimee Kimball, PHD

Mental Training Consulatant

Dr. Aimee C. Kimball is the premier Mental Training Consultant in the Pittsburgh Region. Over 300 individuals and 100 different organizations have benefited from mental training, including twelve colleges, four professional sports teams, five corporations, and over 50 high schools.

Dr. Kimball has a PhD from the University of Tennessee where she specialized in sport psychology. She received her Master’s degree specializing in Sports Behavior and Performance from Miami University (Ohio) and her undergraduate degree in psychology with a minor in kinesiology from The Pennsylvania State University.

Dr. Kimball is an Association of Applied Sport Psychology (AASP) Certified Consultant, and is a member of the American Psychological Association, the United States Olympic Committee’s Sport Psychology Registry, the USA Swimming Sports Medicine Network, and the NCAA Speakers Bureau.

Aimee has worked with professional, collegiate, high school, and youth athletes in a variety of sports, including assisting the Pittsburgh Steelers in analyzing potential draft picks and the Pittsburgh Penguins in developing their players. She has been a featured speaker at conferences across the nation and has appeared in Men’s Health Magazine, Runner’s World, Athletic Management Magazine, various local and national newspapers, and has appeared on ESPN, NPR, and news broadcasts across the country.
